Average attenuation:
     19 dB without EMC seal
     41 dB with EMC seal
The average attenuation is a measurement of the enclosure's average attenuation of electromagnetic radiation in the measured frequency range (here 30 MHz up to 1 GHz)
A high value indicates a generally good attenuation for all frequencies, a low value indicates that the attenuation generally poor, or that an efficient attenuation is achieved only for frequency ranges.


Average tolerance:
     10 dB without EMC seal
      7 dB with EMC seal
The average tolerance is a measurement of the average fluctuation between the "average attenuation" and the absolute value for the measured frequency range. The higher the value the fluctuation. A higher value indicates a discontinuous attenuation behaviour, a low value an continuous attenuation nehaviour.


Maximum attenuation:
     35 dB without EMC seal
     53 dB with EMC seal
Maximum attenuation of electromagnetic radiation for a frequency.


Minimum attenuation:
     0 dB without EMC seal
     23 dB with EMC seal
The minimum attenuation indicates worst-case attenuation behaviour of an enclosure.
The minimum attenuation can also be described as "garanteed attenuation".
